1. Introduction

Welcome to Pippsie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pippsie website and services located at pippsie.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using Pippsie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Harmful Content

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
  • Post sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups

Deceptive Behavior

  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Create accounts for the purpose of misleading others

Platform Abuse

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
  • Spam other users or post unsolicited advertising
  • Manipulate or artificially inflate metrics (views, XP, etc.)

Harassment

  • Stalk, bully, or harass other users
  • Share personal information of others without consent
  • Engage in coordinated attacks against users

4.2 Consequences

  • Warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement (if applicable)

5. User Content

"User Content" means any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to profile information, letters, guestbook entries, graffiti, and any other material.

5.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant Pippsie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5.3 Responsibility

  • You own or have the rights to post the content
  • Your content does not violate any third party's rights
  • Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so at our discretion.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By Us

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service

8.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your User Content
  • Provisions that should survive termination will survive (including limitations of liability)
